Hospital memory but good vibes
From : Jo Graham
2018... not a great year which started in the spring with a diagnosis of breast cancer and a course of chemotherapy etc to get through . When I was sick I found music and podcasts to be my thing . Not familiar music but new stuff to me . While I was aware of Editors through Smith and Burrows I think I had a few favourites but then I got the Violence album . I had it on repeat all the time and it got my through dark times however cliche that sounds . I think Magazine is great as it is a bit different and I love the tempo changes . I think when I hear it now I can remember being in a ward and waiting my turn in the chair and turning that track up loud !!. I brought tickets to a gig in Southampton as I became so obsessed . Sadly due to surgery timing didn’t get there but friends who grabbed my tickets said what an amazing gig it was . Love the best of too ..

Every memory that is shared will be added to the archive. A photo of a tiny, sweaty gig in the early 2000s… A grainy video taken from your old camera phone thrust in the air while you lived out your favourite festival moment… Or maybe words. A story, a moment, a memory.
