People you meet
From : Justine Schweitzer
We went to see Editors in Strasbourg on November the 13th of 2015. That's a date french people can't forget. The concert was amazing, as always. But when we got out, we heard about the attack in Paris. We were waiting for the band outside, it was freezing cold. We were feeling down and were shocked. But we started to talk with other people about how we discovered the band, about our favorite songs and other artists we liked. It was such a great time. We met some very nice people during Editors concert and that's what I love about music. We are all different but for one night we are all together to share something we love. We didn't stay in touch with them but three years later, we saw them again and we waited together for the band to come out. And I know that the next Editors concert I'll go in Strasbourg, I will look for them again.
The Black Gold Archives

Welcome to the Black Gold Archives. Explore the timeline as it chronicles sixteen tracks that make up the Black Gold greatest hits record and discover stories from each song. Videos, photos and memories written by the band and people who lived through every era of Editors. And, most importantly, add your own memory to the archives and let the whole world share in it. Every memory that is shared will be added to the archive. A photo of a tiny, sweaty gig in the early 2000s… A grainy video taken from your old camera phone thrust in the air while you lived out your favourite festival moment… Or maybe words. A story, a moment, a memory.

Explore the Black Gold Archive at your leisure and share in the moments that crafted Editors. And don’t forget to leave something to show the world that you were part of the journey too.
